How it Works

Step 1: Value your phone

Find your mobile phone by using two search options on the homepage. You can (1) use the search box by entering your model, or (2) click on the manufacturer and choose from the image list.

Step 2: Login & Check Out

Please register with us if you do not have an account, or please login in with your existing account. Then check out all the phones you want to trade in.

Step 3: Send Us Your Phone

Send us your phone via our freepost envelope if you have requested this during your checkout process. However, we strongly recommend you using the recorded delivery where you can track your order and get it insured should it get lost during the transit.

Step 4: Receive Your Payment

After we receive and check your phones, your payment will be made within 3 working days by using the payment option you chose during your checkout process.
