Please read these terms and conditions carefully when accessing this website or before summiting your sell order on operated by EcoUrMobile ltd (EcoUrMobile). You should understand that by accessing this website and/or by summiting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We recommend you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Please do not use this website for any purpose if you do not accept these terms and conditions.

1. Consumers

  • By placing an order through our site, you warrant that
  • You are resident in Great Britain or Northern Ireland;
  • You are accessing our site from that country;
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you must have obtained a parent's or a guardian's consent to sell the phone to us for the sum indicated via this website.
  • You and your parents or guardians release us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the phones to us in breach of this warranty.

If you deal as a consumer any provision of this contract which is of no effect to a consumer shall not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected by this contract.

2. Working Phone

  • To qualify the full amount of payment shown on the website, each handset sent to us must meet the following conditions.
  • The phone must switch on and off
  • The phone must be complete with battery, battery covers, bodywork and memory card if the phone originally came with one
  • The phone must have no severe scratch, no cracked & missing plastics / metal and no missing buttons.
  • The LCD must be full working. There should be no fading, no missing pixels, no cracks and no bleeding on the screen
  • The phone must be free from any liquid damage
  • The camera, touch screen and slider mechanism must be fully functional if the phone has any of these.
  • The phone should be charging probably
  • The phone must be original and meet the manufacturer's original specification
  • The IMEI on the label of the phone must match the internal IMEI
  • The phone must be in UK specification and is listed on this website
  • The phone must have all other functions that the phone originally provide or support

3. Damaged Phone

Any phone that cannot match the criteria of working phone will be categorized as the damaged phone. We will downgrade and reduce the value of each signal damaged phone depending on its real condition.

Please be aware that the following graph is only the rough outline to bring your some ideas of how the damage can affect the valuation of phone. We have the complete discretion for the final valuation of each single damaged phone.

4. SIM Card & Data

  • It is your responsibility to remove the SIM Card and any personal data from your mobile phone before sending them to EcoUrMobile.
  • All SIM cards we receive will be destroyed immediately and cannot be returned. We accept no liability in the event that any phone that was sent with SIM card is lost and charges are then incurred.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel any airtime contract linked to each mobile phone. We are not responsible for any call costs arising before, or after, receipt of your phone, or arising from any other circumstance.
  • Once you send your phone to us, you agree to release us from all claims, losses or damages with respect to any personal information in the phone. EcoUrMobile accepts no responsibility in relation to the security, confidentiality, protection or use of such data.
  • You agree that you cannot obtain any data or other content stored on your handset or memory card once it has been sent in

5. Pricing

We reserve the right to change the prices offered on our website at any time without notice. However, the price quoted for the orders you have placed will be guaranteed for 5 days from "Order Approved" date. (This is the date on which we send you an email notifying you that your order has been accepted). If your phones are received after 5 days from the "Order Approved" date the updated and latest prices will apply.

EcoUrMobile will have the sole discretion on the final value of each phone.

6. Wrong Model

We check each single phone we receive. If the phone we receive is different to the one you register online, or the condition is not as described. The order will be processed based on the actual phone we receive, and we will advise you its new value by email. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, you agree to accept the new advised value for your order, and you also agree that your phone will not be returned after this period.

7. PIN and Password

If your phone has a PIN or Password you must remove them before sending the phone to us. We will endeavor to contact you for the PIN or Password if we cannot test your phone due to the PIN or Password. If we do not receive any reply from you in 2 days we will process the phone with a reduction as we cannot test its full function.

8. Return Policy

The phone may be returned only if we offer you a lower price than the quoted price from the website.

EcoUrMobile will contact you via email to confirm the final amount that we will pay your order (as adjusted, if necessary, by these terms and conditions). It is your responsibility if the email fails to deliver to you for any reason. If we do not hear from you within 3 days we will pay the offered amount. Under no circumstances can the phone be returned after three days period.

If you choose to reject the offer within 3 day period, you may ask EcoUrMobile to return your phone. Please be aware that there will be £10.00 charge to cover the processing and postage, and this charge must be received before we return you the phone.

The phone will not be returned if we have arranged the payment or once you have accepted a phone value at lower price.

Any phones which are fake, stolen, blocked, barred and counterfeit cannot be returned under any circumstances. These phones will be automatically recycled. No payment will be made.

Additional accessories which have not been requested will not add any value on top of the quoted price from the website and cannot be returned for any reason.

If we cannot return the phones which we should return subject to the terms and conditions, you agree to accept a similar mobile phone with same or similar market value.

9. Payments

When placing a sell order on our website you are asked to select an option to receive the payment for your order. This payment option cannot be changed once the order is placed. Currently we offer the option of cheque, bank transfer and PayPal payment. We reserve the right to alter payment options without any notice.

We will check whether it meets our terms and condition after we receive your order. Providing it does, we will arrange payment by your selected payment option within 3 working days. It may take longer at busy times of the year.

Please note: all payment can only be made using the details given during the checkout process when placing the order.

If you have lost or damaged your cheque you can request for it to be cancelled and re-issued it. An administration charge of £5.00 will apply and which will be deducted from the re-issued cheque value.

We cannot, under any circumstances, recall or reissue bank transfer or PayPal payments once they have been made

10. Postage

We recommend sending your high value phone via recorded delivery which can provide you the ability to track your phone.

It is your responsibility to make sure your phones is adequately insured and physically protected. EcoUrMobile accepts no liability for any loss or any damage in transit due to any reason.

You can use the freepost envelope provided by EcoUrMobile, but we do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of phones or damage in transit.

11. Events Outside of Our Control

EcoUrMobile will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Formation of Contract

We have the complete discretion to accept or reject any order placed on the website. No contract will be formed until we receive your phone complying with the terms and conditions. You must own all rights, title and interests in any phone you send to us. The ownership of any phones will only pass to us when we receive the phone in accordance with all terms and conditions.
